Nunzio D Fontana, Co-Managing Member. Mr. Fontana has been a full-time entrepreneur and investor since 2012. He currently owns over 600 rental units in New York and North Carolina. He has renovated and sold over 75 single-family residences – mostly with funds from private individuals. In 2010, Mr. Fontana purchased a 20-unit building in Charlotte, NC. The building was purchased for $125,000 and is on track to a $1,650,000 valuation by 2019. In 2019, Mr. Fontana along with Mr. Semer acquired just under 24MM in real estate.

Before becoming involved in real estate, Mr. Fontana renovated and built millions of square feet of residential and commercial properties throughout the Tri-State area.

David Semer, Co-Managing Member.  After graduating from the University of Delaware; David spent his career as a successful portfolio manager/relationship manager professional on Wall Street.  Over eighteen years he worked for some of the largest investment firms (Travelers, Citi, Legg Mason, and Morgan Stanley). Some of his responsibilities included conducting investment management seminars and partnering with various Sales Directors and Asset Management sales personnel around the country to help close new business and help raise New Assets Under Management.

Since 2011 David has been focusing on Real Estate Investments. He has been either buying houses to fixed them up and sell them or wholesaled them to other investors.  Over the last 3 Years, David added a focus on Multifamily Acquisitions for helping investors get Fair Market Returns on their investments.
